The way to draw with the roadrunner road circle tool is drag and drop, but you cannot draw a roundabout with an exact radius with that method.
For example, I want to draw a 20m radius rotary or 30m rotary by numerical input method, is there any way?

Hi SangHun,
I understand that you are looking for a way to give the numerical input for radius of RoadRunner Road Circle Tool’.
Unfortunately, currently in RoadRunner's 'Road Circle Tool', there is no option to directly input the radius as a numerical value. Instead, you can select the tool and then right-click on the screen. By dragging the cursor accordingly, you can set the radius of the 'Road Circle Tool' based on your requirements. Please refer to the image below to see how to set the radius by dragging on the scene.
Hope this helps!
