How to estimate different FFT plots using Welch's method

Hi,

I am having FFT values across different input signals values, My FFT for each signal contains noise and a lot of peaks. I want to estimate the FFT using Welch's method, how can I input my different FFT values to get the estimation?

I am attaching a FFT as an example. I have almost 10 signals of such type.

See the documentation on the pwelch function. Its inputs are time-domain vectors (or matrices in which each column of the matrix is a different time domain signal).
