ContourletSD ContourletSDmm_ne.m file

In order to denoise my data I used the conourletSD toolbox in http://lu.seas.harvard.edu/software/contourletsd-matlab-code-implementing-new-contourlet-transform-sharp-frequency-locali but unfortunately to apply the denoising function you should have 512*512 images or you have to rerun the ContourletSDmm_ne.m as they mentioned I don't know what is in this function to fix the problem all I know that the output should be a .mat file !!
