maximum frequency output we get from NCO in SIMULINK

What is the maximum frequency output we get from NCO in SIMULINK?When i set the sample time in NCO to (1/10^6),it shows memory allocation error and the window gets closed.Is it possible to get frequency in MHz range from NCO?
