how do i insert text into an image using MATLAB R2014a

I'm trying to display text into a png. file. i have tried vision.TextInserter(Text) but i don't think my edition uses it. i am running MATLAB R2014a. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

Please make sure that you have Computer Vision System Toolbox installed. You can verify that by typing

>> ver

If you have the toolbox, then you can use the insertText function.
