How to use System Identification Model in Simulink?

Hello,
I have a power system simulation and trying to decrease the simulation time by creating a mathematical model using System Identification Toolbox.
I have a SISO system and created a good fitting model using System Identification GUI. Then I already imported the data to the Workspace and created an "iddata" object. The next step I need to do is to replace some components in my simulation with the output of the mathematical model I already created by SI Toolbox. However I can not do this. I am using "Iddata Source", "Idmodel", "Iddata Sink" blocks and I can see the shape of the output curve when connecting the scope to "Idmodel" block but "Idmodel" or any other blocks can not be connected to any power system blocks such as resistor or so...
Does anyone have any ideas how to do it?
Thanks beforehand.
BR,
Turkay.
