calculate average for RMS of 10 different signals

hello i have some clinical files in cellstr and we have that like cell array. they are like 1 carpet with 5000 values differents and i need: 1. calculate the average for RMS of ten carpets. 2. calculate average for the first peak of ten ten carpets
