After the compilation of the model, MATLAB crash and the error of corrupted heap appears

Hello guys,
When I try to run my model in Simulink, the model compile without problem but when the simulation starts, at 0.0 minutes, the Matlab stops and closes.
I did the debug to understand and find the error and is the following:
"Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFD32C91CE0 (ntdll.dll) in MATLAB.exe: 0xC0000374: Corrupted heap"
what this mean? Is it a problem in my model or in Matlab?
Please help me!
Thanks

Hi Stephanie Monteiro,
I understand that you get an error: "Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFD32C91CE0 (ntdll.dll) in MATLAB.exe: 0xC0000374: Corrupted heap" while running your Simulink model.
A possible workaround is to restructure the model to avoid using message queues. You can do this by deleting the Message Send blocks, Message Receive blocks, Stateflow charts with messages in the model etc.
For additional information regarding where queues are used, please refer the following MATLAB documentation:
I Hope this helps you in resolving your issue.
