how do i make iterations?

hi, firstly, i have to make an iteration. then after that, i need to input a few values between a range let say 0 to 10. then from that values of x, i need to put into an equation. when i get the new value, i need keep putting back the new value into the equation to get another new value until the value reach to the max iteration. how do i do that?
