I can't find bilevel measurements in scope matlab R2021b. There are only cursor measurements and trigger options in tools -> measurements. How to fix it?

The Bilevel Measurements panel requires a DSP System Toolbox™ or Simscape™ license. Refer to the documentation page: Scope Bilevel Measurements Panel for more information. If the issue still exists, then contact MathWorks support.
