Having trouble with MATLAB LiveScript formatting

Hello. I am running a matlab livescritp for my engineering homework, and suddenly the formatting became broken (letters became smaller, equation writer looked wrong, images became too small) and the application would not let me edit any of the text (although it would let me edit the code). When I downloaded the pdf, the resulting file was extremely zoomed in and cut off most of the content in the page. I will attach screenshots below for clarity.
Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it? I've reset the app multiple times as well as my computer, and I do not know how to make it look normal.
For comparison, this is what a normal pdf of a live script looks like
Thank you!

Is it just a zoome issue? You can increase/decrease the font size in a live script the same as in a browser: Hold down the ctrl key and use your mouse wheel, or the + or - keys to get the font the size you want.
Hi! I zoomed in/out as you said, but the formatting itself is still not working. The issue is not only that the font is smaller in the live-script and bigger in the pdf format, but that the image sizes in the livescript were made incredibly smaller in comparison, and the equation writing is illegible. There are also no spaces in between lines anymore, and the software will not let me edit the text and keeps crashing when I try to. I've even deleted the application and re-downloaded it, but it looks the same.
Thank you for the suggestion, though!
Here's another comparison: What the livescript used to look like, vs what it looks like now
Have you tried restarting MATLAB?
Yes! I finally managed to fix the formatting issue! I had to hold down the command - keys as opposed to ctrl - !
