App designer user input

Good day, I couldn't find any example of this and am also not sure if it is possible. My goal is to allow the user to input a word, press a button and then make that word appear an a list box. It should look as follows: If anyone has any previous examples or hints on how to accomplish this it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
