Camera Calibrator checkerboard coordinates detection

Hello,

I am using a rectangular checkerboard for Camera Calibrator toolbox to differentiate the X and Y axis, but sometimes XY axis are detected differently for different images, as is shown in Fig.1. How can I fix this problem?
