Add same target to protected model

Hi all,

I want to create a protected model which support the same target (Embedded Coder), but with different makefiles. I have a hardware that uses a makefile adapted from ERT.

I want to add 2 ERT-based targets to my protected model: a general ERT-based target and the other one.

Is this feasible?
