How to do the noise analysis of measured data samples using hidden markov model?

I have excel sheet of 10fA readings. some 10000 samples. its having some variations like some vaues will be 9fA, some will be 10.2fA likewise.. it means it has noise. so I have to do its noise analysis using Hidden markov model..If anybody having some idea then please let me know.
