Dear friends, For the fast performance i had converted the video into Gray-scale format. now. In my project i need to show the output in RGB (true color) after the object detection process. Kindly share any close idea related to this .

Do you want to know how to make a movie from a series of gray scale image? Where is the color coming from? Are you adding graphics or something?

I did not understand the answer and don't have my questions answered. But anyway, to convert a grayscale image to color, you can do this:
rgbImage = cat(3, grayImage, grayImage, grayImage);
or this;
rgbImage = ind2rgb(grayImage, someColorMap);
And I don't know why Simulink is in the product list or tags list.

I guess after your processing instead of overlaying tracking blobs on the gray scale image do it directly on your RGB image that you already have it. It solves your problem right?
