MATLAB2021a打开没有反应，也无法卸载和覆盖安装

不论是快捷方式、双击启动文件，命令行启动都无法启动MATLAB2021a，之前使用正常，大概有四五天没有使用。
卸载MATLAB时会弹出提示框，覆盖安装也会弹出类似提示
查看该目录下只有segments.gen文件，我在其他目录重新安装MATLAB，文件夹中有如下文件
我将这些文件复制到原来的文件夹下，会弹出其他产品相关目录下也没有相关文件，如
