How to convert .java file to .mat file?

I have a.java file and want to run in matlab by convert it into .mat file. How to do this conversion?

.java files contain source code in Java. .mat files are data files read by Matlab. It is not meaningful to convert source code to data. It is comparable to converting the recipe of a cake into its ingrediences. You can't.
