Need to enable Editing value when selected from Tab tree???

I have been trying to create GUI in app designer and i am new to it.

I have plotted with three variables = 3 curves in single plot.

this name for 3 nodes in tree component

Node 1 = P1

Node 2 = P2

Node 3 = P3

so now i wanted to calculate value of Y for X on only P1 curve when it is selected.

When Nothing node selected the edit field value should be disable, only when selected node it should enable.

How to do it please help me

Not exactly sure what you want to do but here are a few thing that can be usefull:

1, create callbacks: a piece of code that is executed when something changes in your tree component. In design view right clic on your tree, callback, add selection change function callback.

2. To know what node is selected:

app.Tree.SelectedNodes.Text

You can access other properties of your tree the same way.

3. To disable some compenent:

app.element.Editable='off'
