Parameter Estimation - MATLAB function generation

When generating a function from the Simulink parameter estimation application with multiple experiments with different signal lengths, the out-of-box code does not work. ('Invalid OutputTimes specified in the Configuration Parameters') . It seems that it cannot handle the change in simulation stop time, the application, by the way, has no problem to stimulate with multiple experiments and lengths.
how can I solve this error?
