are xml files included in .dll file built in matlab

Hello all. I want to know that if I build a .dll file in matlab and that .m file of matlab is using some xml files so are those xml files accessible from that .dll file.

For example, im doing face matching in matlab and for that purpose im using some xml files in matlab. After building project in matlab ive to use that .dll file in C#. so will that xml files work???
