how to transmit packets in ad hoc network and calculate number of packets in queue of each node at discrete interval of time?

i have designed a wireless Ad-hoc network and calculated shortest paths(routes) for multiple (5) source destination pairs. now i want to simulate the network in such a way that all 5 sources transmit packets at the same time. i want to see the state of network at specific interval of time(say after every 1/10 of a second) and calculate the throughput for each Source destination pair. please help me in this regard. I will be waiting for your response.
