Please post what you have done already and ask a specific question. There is not much to reply to "need help for my assignment".

I second Jan.
I studied finance and economics so I can help in Image Processing to a limited extent and only if you describe properly your problem.
It will benefit you also because other contributors, more qualified in that field, would be able to answer.

This is the latest reference I found (it will include the previous works by Wu and Tsai in the bibliography):
http://ascelibrary.org/cpo/resource/1/jccee5/v25/i2/p149_s1?isAuthorized=no
But no matlab code.

Reminds me of this other Question, http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/12198-how-to-detect-a-triangle-of-any-dimensions-from-an-image-project-on-traffic-sign-board-identificatio

Wu and Tsai have more than one algorithm. The one Oleg posted the link to above has to do with traffic sign detection. Your previous question about skeletonization implied that you are instead interested in their skeletonization work such as http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/summary?doi=10.1.1.29.4954 . Please clarify exactly which algorithm you are referring to.

Asking only is not gonna get you a complete answer. Start answering and you'll be answered.

There could by plenty of possible answers. Do you want to simulate an airplane, which flies a looping? Do you want to throw the MATLAB installation CD in an artifical path? Do you want to learn something about FOR and WHILE loops? Because the last sound more likely, I suggest:
help for
help while
Reading the "Getting Started" chapters of the documentation is a good point to start learning MATLAB.

@Megah Putri: I do not like to be contacted by email. I spend my spare time with answering question here in the public forum, because it allows others to read the answers and profit from the knowledge transfer also.
