MATLAB Compiler fails when packaging

My problem is that when I run the MATLAB Compiler (the deploytool) it create the exectuable, but fails to embed install bundle. That means that if I want to run the exe on a computer without matlab, I have to provide the LINK to the file, and the user has to copy and paste the link and download it by himself.
The packaginglLog.txt reports:
[...bunch of other stuff...]
Attempting to embed the CTF archive into the application C:\Users\vbiscione\Dropbox\Decision-Making\Valerio\GENERAL MATLAB FUNCTIONS\Side Project - Find Citation\findGUI\for_testing\findGUI.exe.
Finished embedding CTF archive. Deleting the external CTF archive.
Creating the bundle...
Failed to embed install bundle, C:\Users\vbiscione\Dropbox\Decision-Making\Valerio\GENERAL MATLAB FUNCTIONS\Side Project - Find Citation\findGUI\for_redistribution\bundle.zip, in the installer.
Update resource failed: 25C6EA40
Failed to create the web based installer.
No installer package created.

The \Dropbox suggests that you might be attempting to create in a directory that is hosted at Dropbox. Is that the case? If so then I suggest creating locally and then moving to Dropbox afterwards.
Did this solution (compiling in a directory that is not hosted by Dropbox) work?
Seems more like a 32bit MATLAB is used to createa bundle which contains the MCRinstaller. This might fail due to memory issues. See here for some more information.
