how i can write SINR in matlab

What's interference noise? Anyway, can't you just figure out the signal and the noise and divide
sinr = signal ./ interferenceNoise;
Take the mean if you want.

how to calculate the interference noise ?? output signal-input signal is interference noise ,, is it correct?
I've always heard that as just simply "noise", not interference noise, though if the noise is known to come from a process that you consider or call interference, then I guess you can call it interference noise. Just subtract like you showed, except that, if they're integer (uint8 or uint16), you need to cast them to double before you subtract.
