Plot issue with set and axes

Hello,

I have been working with the pulse signals displaying in the matlab gui using the UART. Everything is working fine but I am not getting of how to plot the obtained pulse_time(which was calculated from the obtained pulse signal value) after 1 second corresponding to the current time value on the second plot of the GUI.

First plot: As it is continuously updating the current obtained 100 value sof pulse signals after 1 second such that the plot displays the last 8 seconds pulse data.

Required Second plot: I want to show the plot of last 8 or 10 seconds corresponding pulse_time values that such it looks a continuous plot.

Can someone help me out in plotting this( the matlab file is attached ).
