We have found the solution to resolve this problem. We create a new Simulink R2010b model and we copy/paste all the contents of the model which is failed.

Hello,
While generating a model that has been developed under MATLAB/Simulink 2007b in MATLAB/Simulink 2010b, we have the following error:
Message: Error using ==> updateCS at 98
Property 'EnumDefinition' does not exist.
Identifier: Simulink:Engine:UDD_TEMPLATE_PROP_NOT_EXIST
Failed at line: 98 in function: updateCS
in file: C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2010b\toolbox\simulink\simulink\private\updateCS.p
What does the updateCS.p file process? Why do we have this error? Other models have been generated from 2007b to 2010b without this error.
