Create a table, matrix by adding a large number of tables

Hello
I have isolated a set of values from mutiple tables of a structure and in return I created a 1x1 struct that has all the different indivindual values isolated in different tables.
I would like to take all the new indivindual tables from that new structure and create one table with all these values
the coding i used for isolating values and creating the new struct is
x = ncread('Wind_2010','u10');
for i=1:size(x,3);
u10{i}=x(14,25,i); % isolating a value at 14 row & 24 column
end
clear i
[s1 s2]=size(u10);
for n=1:s2
Ux10.(['x' int2str(n)])=u10{:,n};
end
clear n s1
Any help on how to collide all the isolated values into a table so that i can save it?
thanks
