Hi... I create a model but appear the next error:
"The following two blocks cannot be connected in series because they are modeled as current sources:
Block 1: Ideal Switch1 Block 2: Subsystem/Controlled Current Source
Add a high-value resistance in parallel with one of the two block. You can also specify high-value resistive snubbers if the blocks have a snubber device."
The Ideal Switch1 and the Subsystem/Controlled Current Source was SimPowerSystems but what resistor i use to correct the error?

I don't have any experience with SimPowerSystems but you could possibly set a large value for the "Snubber resistance Rs" parameter in the Ideal Switch dialog, as the error message suggests.

I already put like the image, but appear the same error :( http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/2282/modell.png
The error is: "The following two blocks cannot be connected in series because they are modeled as current sources:
Block 1: Ideal Switch Block 2: Controlled Current Source
Add a high-value resistance in parallel with one of the two block. You can also specify high-value resistive snubbers if the blocks have a snubber device."

Yes, is resistor only... I put R=10 to R=80000000 but appear the same error :(

OK, try putting a resistor in parallel with the Controlled Current Source and see if that fixes it.

Just use a Series RLC Branch in parallel with your ideal switch, but keep everything on the SimPowerSystems side (i.e. the resistor should between ports 1 & 2 of the ideal switch).

I was wrong to explain... I don´t how i put the resistor in parallel, because does not connect as it is: http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/7684/modeln.png
