Mechanical Position-Based Translational Models

Basic position-based translational blocks and modeling techniques

Translational libraries contain blocks for the position-based translational domain, organized into elements, sources, and sensors. Connect these blocks together just as you would assemble a physical system. Use these blocks to model mechanical translational systems where it is important to know the component positions, for example, valve component assemblies.

Use the Interface (PB-Translational) block in the Utilities sublibrary to connect position-based and non-position-based mechanical translational ports.
