resamplePoints
Description
        resamples the lane boundaries in the input lbsegmentUpdated = resamplePoints(lbsegment,numSamples)laneBoundarySegment object lbsegment to the specified
        number of lane boundary points numSamples, and returns an updated
          laneBoundarySegment object, lbsegmentUpdated.
