Engineering Development Group

Grow your technical career in the Engineering Development Group (EDG). EDG is the technical and leadership development program at MathWorks. Explore different areas of interest, and engage with our customers. You'll sharpen your skills and develop as a leader.

MathWorks interns are part of the team from day one. You'll contribute to real projects, and have a mentor to get you started and help with milestones and deliverables. Apply what you've learned in school, gain valuable experience, and see the results of your work.

“I never felt like an intern at MathWorks. I was assigned the same responsibilities as a professional engineer. People here do not look at what position you hold. Rather, they listen to what you have to say. My input at meetings was greatly appreciated, which made it a fulfilling experience.”

Balaji, engineering intern
