Andy Grace is the vice president of engineering for design automation tools. He is responsible for simulation, code generation, and testing products. He has more than 25 years of experience in software development and has been involved in the development of a number of MathWorks products, including Simulink, Simulink Coder, Control System Toolbox, Optimization Toolbox, and Stateflow. He received his Ph.D. in computer-aided control system design (CACSD) from Bangor University. His area of research was the application of CACSD using multi-objective optimization techniques.

Hans Adlkofer
Infineon
Hr. Hans Adlkofer studied electronics with a focus on semiconductor technologies. He started his career at National Semiconductor in the marketing department with a focus on ASICs for the automotive industry. His next career step was at Giesecke & Devrient where he developed a secure operating system for smart cards. Thereafter, he moved on to Infineon Technologies (previously Siemens Semiconductors) where he headed an application center for security and smart card ICs. Later, he moved to Singapore to head the business operations for security and smart card ICs for the Asian market. In 2003, he took over the responsibility as head of Business Unit Sensors at Infineon Technologies, mainly for the automotive market. Since 2009, he has been heading System Group Activities in the automotive division of Infineon.
