Simplified Programming of Function Generators Using the Quick Control Interface
Quick control is a simplified interface for working with function generators and oscilloscopes without having to dig into communication protocols. This example demonstrates the syntax for communicating with function generators. This includes establishing a connection, configuring the device parameters, and downloading a custom waveform to the device. The demo uses an Agilent® function generator, but the interface can be used with any IVI-C class function generator or oscilloscope. This functionality is available as part of Instrument Control Toolbox™.
