Two multi-modal models are implemented here. The models were used to detect Alzheimer's disease from MRI and fMRI.
You can use these models to train multi-modal data like fMRI and MRI for classification. This code is an extension of pre-trained 3D ResNet-18 in:
You can use 'MultiModal_ADvsNC' as a template for training your own data.
