setInterpreter
Set the interpreter properties of all relevant children of an axes or polar axes.

Function to automatically set all the interpreter properties to either 'latex' or 'tex' of all text objects related to a particular axes or polar axes. Allows user to easily toggle between standard 'tex' and 'latex' interpreters without having to set each property individually. Let me know if I have missed any.
