Matlab class for the exponentiated Weibull distribution. Written for the paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/1911.12835.pdf .
The exponentiated Weibull distribution is a 3-parameter probability distribution. See, for example, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exponentiated_Weibull_distribution.
Among others, it is used to describe the distribution of wave heights and the distribution of failure rates.
