Pial Vessel Dilation Analysis

Generates kymographs of vessel diameter over time and calculates change in diameter (deltaD/D), baseline diameter and Max % Dilation.

The script was developed to measure sensory-evoked vasodilation of brain arteries in awake mice. This code requires the user to draw 5 transverse lines across a pial surface blood vessel and then it generates kymograph for all lines. It will then automate the detection and measurement of the distance between the blood vessel wall over time. This code will output the percent change in diameter normalized to the baseline diameter, the baseline diameter and the max percent change in diameter.
