PopPK Simbiology Project file

This is a simbiology project file that includes the population pharmacokinetic data, 2-compartment model, and nlmefitsa results.

This is a population pharmacokinetic simbiology project file with a sample-size of 100 simulated patients with wild-type versus poor metabolizer genotype. The final PopPK model results are located in the project file.

The purpose of me sharing this file is to see if anyone will be able to generate a Visual Predictive Check (VPC) seamlessly, as is standard for nonlinear mixed effects modeling.
