The fundamental constants pi , e , and phi (golden-ratio) have many intricate inter-relationships. These inter-relationships are a natural consequence of the fact that they are fundamental in nature, and percolate deep into the underlying symmetry of natural geometry.

The well known Golden-ratio is observable in many natural artefacts and natural quantities. Even the dimensions of the human eye have the ratio of length to width close to the golden ratio. However, we show that some of these natural quantities are closer to the solution of ln(pi/x) + 1 = x rather than to that of (1/x) + 1 = x.
