Clarinet is a MATLAB® app designed to analyze electrophysiology experiments.
Developed for neuroscience research, Clarinet allows you to analyze neuronal signals acquired with a variety of intracellular and extracellular recording techniques.
Features include:
+ Import Symphony v1 & v2 data
+ Plot epochs (2D and 3D plot)
+ Dynamically process epochs using custom functions
+ Search epochs that meet specific criteria
+ Color tag epochs for faster inspection
+ Extract features across group of epochs
