This is a MATLAB based graphical user interface to explore location and frequency dependent differences between EEG conditions, incorporating the topoplot functionality from EEGLAB.
It for instance allows the topographical exploration of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) squared amplitudes (but also other numerical information) for a selected frequency range for the different conditions, with interactive options to selectively view specific frequency ranges and electrode subsets and offering different forms of scaling.
