Convert string with engineering-notation to number. Engineering notation comes from SPICE3-standard.
Examples:
>> eng2num('4.7k')
ans = 4700
>> eng2num('10mA')
ans = 0.0100
>> eng2num('3u3F')
ans = 3.3000e-06
>> eng2num('0R01')
ans = 0.0100
