S1: install python 3.4 and set it into your <i>path</i>
S2: update your pip, and then download the latest package <b>xlrd</b>
S3: download Cplex, then add two paths in MATLAB as follow
<ol>
<li>addpath(genpath('C:\..\cplex\examples\src\matlab'))
</li>
<li>addpath(genpath('C:\..\cplex\matlab\x64_win64'))
</li>
</ol>
