ASU Racing Team Brake System Development
* This submission contains a model of the brake system developed by Ain Shams University Racing Team in 2014 within the events of Formula Student Silver stone race track in the UK .
The model contains:-
1- Extensive Volumetric Analysis (Master Cylinder-Brake Line - Brake Hose - Adjusting Limiter Valve "TCM" - Caliper).
2- Stick-Slip Model between the tire and the ground taking into consideration the elastic properties of the tire.
3- Data Acquisition of some data such friction stresses for FEA analysis.
4- Vehicle Dynamic Analysis of the vehicle performance taking into consideration the elastic properties of the vehicle.
* Full Visual Illustration of the model will be presented at MATLAB and Simulink Racing Lounge

* Full Written Documented Illustration of the model was presented at SAE Brake Colloquium & Exhibition - 32nd Annual

* Please follow the upcoming steps, so you would have a running model:-
1- Run "ASURT_2014_Brake_System.m" till a message appears on the command window, that indicates successful run of the initial conditions.
2- Run "ASURT_2014_BrakeSystem.slx".
3- Open the red colored scopes, because they represent the most important dynamic features of the system.
4- Enjoy interpreting the results ;)
