Just open the mltbx file and (provided you already have MATLAB installed), you should be prompted to install the toolbox.

For users of R2016b, this updated version of the submission adds support for Timetable in thingSpeakRead and thingSpeakWrite. In addition, you will find documentation updates which provide examples on using Timetable for processing ThingSpeak data.
