A collection of fundamental Classic Control Theory Examples in Simulink
In this Submission we provide three fundamental examples in the theory of control systems.
In the first model we have a classic dumping system. The user can see the different effects of the dumping coefficient in the response of the system.
In the second example the effect of adding a gain to the system can be observed.
In the third example we can see when a 3rd order transfer function can be modeled by a 2nd order system. This depends on the position of the poles. The user may try and see the effects of adding zeros too.
All these simple examples help in the better understanding of fundamental classic control theory concepts and are aimed towards undergraduate students, mathematicians or engineers.
