A function to calculate reflection and transmission of an interfacial negative amplitude soliton incident on a step. Includes fission of a transmitted wave pulse into solitons.
Important constraint: hplus has to be larger than h1. hplus > h1.
Plots the incident soliton, the reflected wave pulse and reflected soliton.
Also plots the incident soliton, the transmitted wave pulse and transmitted solitons after fission.
