This function gives you the possibility to sort a vector using a "standard sort algorithm".
The standard call is: "[v pos]=sort1(x,type)" in which x represents the vector that we want
to put in order. Type it's a string variable that can assume 2 values: "ascend" ,if u want to order
the number from smallest to biggest, "descend" the opposite. The default value is "descend".
The output v and pos are respectively the ordered vector and position
vector that indicates the translation, for each number, occurred during the
sort process.
