Each phase in the three-phase boost inverter consists of two
IGBTs, one inductor, and one capacitor. There is a common point for the capacitors which is connected to the negative terminal of the DC supply. The load is connected to the inverter terminals creating another common
point, which is electrically isolated from the capacitors’
common point
